Failure to update your payment details may result in the inability to automatically renew your Subscription Service. All Charges are non-refundable.
• 3.7 You are responsible for providing Nexus Corporate Solution Pvt. Ltd with correct, accurate, and complete information necessary for the provision of Services. You must promptly inform Nexus Corporate Solution Pvt. Ltd of any changes or inaccuracies in the information provided.
• 3.8 Each contract between you and Nexus Corporate Solution Pvt. Ltd pertains only to the Services confirmed in the Confirmation Email. Nexus Corporate Solution Pvt Limited is not obligated to provide any other Services not specified in the Confirmation Email.
• 3.9 As a Registered User, you must maintain the confidentiality and security of your registration details for the Services. Nexus Corporate Solution Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to disable your Registered User Login Details and suspend your access to and use of the Services and/or the Website as a Registered User if there is reason to believe you have breached any provisions herein.
